Your local agent will visit your property to give you
a professional, no-obligation appraisal.

Agents should be accountable for the promises they make before they are appointed to Selling your property.

That is why if we do not get you the agreed sale price, you will not need to pay a selling fee when we sell.

Questions about Our Minimum Price Guarantee?

Why have you created this guarantee?

Will this Price Guarantee be written into the agency agreement?

Can you provide us a copy of the agency agreement before we meet?

If halfway through the auction/sale campaign, we realise we will not reach the agreed minimum price, will this compromise your effort?

What happens if we instruct you to take an offer below the agreed minimum price?

What are the forms of ID required to register at auction in Canberra?

Poorly negotiated fee/commission structures such as flat amounts - $10,000 or 1.5% of the total price - encourage agents to sell as quickly as possible often pre-auction and can end up potentially costing the owner tens of thousands at the end.

That is why we will agree on a high and low fee in our agency agreement - $9,000 - $14,000 - and at the end of the sale, you get to pick that range. This keeps me accountable and incentivised to the very end.

Why Fixed Fees or Flat Fees work Against Your (the sellers) Interest!

Why do you advise against flat fees or fixed  %?

Why do we get to select the fee after the sale has been agreed?

Can you show us real life examples of how you have extracted maximum value out of the buyer pool?

Can we negotiate/agree on the high and low fee range?

Won't the agent do the right thing irrespective of the fee structure?

Can we agree on high low % range such as 1.5% to 2.5%, or $9,000 to $15,000 exclusivity do we have if we are the highest bidder and the property gets passed in?

Less is more. My commitment is to take on only a small number of listing and provide customised and personalised service.

This means we can open your home three times a week as a minimum allowing buyers more access and creating.
